Signa Web is a service dedicated to creating and validating
signed electronic documents, which format conforms to the
"Specification ADOC-V1.0 of the Electronic Document Signed by the
Electronic Signature", approved by the Lithuanian Archives
Department under the Government of the Republic of Lithuania.

Signing and timestamping services for registered users From 25 June 2025, signing and timestamping in Signa Web is only available to registered users who have an access key. The access key is used when signing with LT ID, Mobile-ID and Smart-ID. It is also used when timestamping created electronic signatures and must therefore be specified when signing with stationary electronic signatures (ID cards, USB cryptographic tokens). Register and get an access key for the Signa signing service. Use of LT ID for documents signing and other changes to the use of Signa Web service. Starting from May 2025, documents in the Signa Web service can be signed using the LT ID qualified electronic signature service. The Signa Web service will also begin using time stamps from a new qualified time stamping authority. Accordingly, the pricing for the use of Signa electronic signature services has been updated.
